By using this website or any CellScope product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use CellScope.

2. Development software

All five CellScope products, including the CellScope Radar app demo and the CS1.0 weather AI model, are pre-release. Features can change, break, or be removed at any time. The demo is provided for evaluation only.

3. Forecasts and data accuracy

Radar renders, model fields, CS1.0 output, and benchmark figures may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Benchmark values are compiled from public verification and published papers and may not match the latest official numbers. You use all weather information at your own risk.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't present CellScope output as an official warning or advisory.
• Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the CellScope Radar app or its installer.
• Don't scrape the site or overload it with automated requests.
• Don't use CellScope for anything unlawful.

5. Sharing our graphics

You're welcome to share CellScope renders and videos on social media and in personal or educational settings, as long as you keep the CellScope branding and frame details visible and credit @CellScopeRadar. Broadcast or commercial use needs written permission; contact us first.

6. Ownership

The CellScope name, logo, software, renders, and site content belong to CellScope. Underlying public data, such as NWS radar and government model output, remains subject to its original source's terms.

7. Downloads

Only download CellScope software from this website. We are not responsible for copies obtained elsewhere. Downloads are provided as-is, and you install them at your own risk.

8. Privacy

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. If you contact us, we use your name and email only to reply. We don't sell personal information.

9. No warranty and limited liability

CellScope is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, CellScope is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website, software, or weather information.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as products launch. The date at the top shows the latest revision, and continuing to use CellScope means you accept the updated terms.
